Waterford Management Group specializes in business-to-business mergers and acquisitions in Energy Conservation and Management, and Educational Software. 

These seem to be two disparate industries but they share a common thread.  In our future, these two industries will supply the physical and intellectual fuel to drive the future economy.  If we are not competitive in these two industries then we do not stand much chance of being competitive in other industries. 

Energy costs are constantly rising which puts a tremendous strain on our economy and our society.  Without change in the conservation and management of energy we will face critical issues in other parts of our economy as they die from the lack of energy.  Today, the energy conservation and management industry is fractured and has not achieved critical mass.  M&A provides a tool for this industry to redefine itself into a more efficient and effective industry. 

Education is the future of our economy.  Without a well educated workforce, we will not be able to compete in future markets.  To date, education has had a poor record in implementing and utilizing software as a tool in the educational process.  We believe that there is a need for a new model in the educational software industry that M&A can help build.
