Negotiation/Letter of Intent

Even in business, negotiations can become personal and the undoing of a good transaction.  Waterford Management will lead negotiations and help structure the transaction while acting as intermediary in the negotiation.  By taking this role, we help insure that when the transaction is complete and the transition phase starts, it does so with all parties in a good frame of mind and with good relationships developed during the merger discussions still intact.
